Aluminum Raw Material

The raw materials of BEK aluminum ingots mainly come from the waste aluminum materials in the global recycling system, including scrapped aluminum profiles, automotive parts, cable conductors, structural components of electronic products and industrial scraps, etc. All raw materials undergo strict pretreatment, classification and impurity removal before entering the smelting process to ensure the stability of the composition and controllability of the quality of the final product.
Compared with the smelting of primary bauxite, recycled aluminum raw materials have significant advantages in terms of energy consumption and carbon emissions. They can reduce energy consumption by over 90%, avoid further exploitation pressure on the natural ecosystem, and are in line with the global “dual carbon” strategy and green manufacturing requirements.
BEK ensures the compliance, traceability and supply continuity of raw material sources by establishing an international recycling network, while continuously optimizing resource utilization efficiency to achieve a balance between economic value and environmental responsibility.
