Different types of recycled raw materials shall not be declared under the same customs declaration form. The imported recycled black – powder raw materials are not allowed to be in bulk, and different types of recycled black – powder raw materials shall be placed separately.
• CUSTOMS HS CODE：The customs commodity number of the recycled black – powder raw materials for lithium – ion batteries is 3824999996.
• INSPECTING：The inspection of the recycled black – powder raw materials for lithium – ion batteries shall be carried out in accordance with the customs industry technical specifications to determine whether they meet the index requirements of Schedule 1.
• SOLID WASTE TREATMENT：If the customs finds that the imported recycled black – powder raw materials for lithium – ion batteries and recycled steel raw materials are suspected to be solid waste, it may entrust a professional organization to conduct an attribute identification and manage them according to the identification conclusion in accordance with the law.
